Stayed there for quite awhile they have a RAT MICE INFESTATION. They make yu put the traps down. Dont send maintenance too check for holes or anything. Dont answer the phone when you call . They are slumlords and the lady with the green suv who works there also said the same thing. Yet she still works there and let them do what they do. Rent is cheap for a reason. They are the worst apartment complex stay away.
Affordable and awesome manager
Switched management and never sent out any letters. I have water in my light fixture that's leaking from the apt above me and no one have yet to fix it. My main issue is that my front door is broken. The wood is rotted and I told them about this situation before Christmas and my door still isn't fixed. I shod have to ask umpteen times with a situation like this.
