We have been residents at Village Green apartments for several months and are very impressed with the quality of the property management and maintenance of this complex. Michelle, Scott and others have been responsive and friendly. Our apartment is immaculate and the grounds are well maintained. Work requests are attended to quickly. It'a a good place to live.
I am looking at this apartment complex and asking if the apartments are suitable for seniors? Can a senior who has difficulty with steps be able to live here. Looks like there are no walk-in showers either. There's no information about this as far as I can see on the website. Thanks
Village Green is an amazing place to live. I lived there for a couple years, being able to walk into Rhinebeck village was incredible. The other tenants in the buildings are so sweet too. The management truly cares about you and wants what is best for the tenants. I highly recommend renting here.
Hudson Highland Properties is a wonderful management company. Michelle Rivera is SUPER responsive and helpful. There's been a bit of construction next door which is annoying, but the construction keeps to working hours most of the time. Maintenance is fast and reliable. We rent the Jumbo 1BR Platinum. We've been living here for about 8 months now and plan on renewing the lease! (Assuming rent increase is accurately reflected). The community is very friendly.
