Samone Blue does an outstanding job!
Current resident.. been here going on 3 years. Had practically no issues until the people upstairs carelessly flooded their apartment, which the water then made it's way down into my spot. Collapsed my ceiling across from the shower(fixed after a couple visits), flooded my stove and dining area, plus caused electrical issues in my shower area(fixed after a couple tries from maintenance), and now I've been dealing with a bug problem for about half a year or so. I’ve lived here for a year now & I love it so much. Perfect location, easy to get on and off the freeway. "Samone Blue" community manager is amazing, she’s easy to talk to and so helpful. She also responded or ans the office phone ASAP! All of the renovations are beautiful & s/o to the maintenance team Omar! is the best. Any problem I had was taken care of immediately. I am so thankful for the whole team at the porter taking such good care of all the tenants. It’s been a great year! 100000000/10 recommend!
I've lived at The Flats Mesa for almost three years now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The property is generally quiet, which I really appreciate. It's a peaceful environment that feels comfortable and safe. Any time there’s been an issue or something that needed attention, the property manager has always been quick to address it, which is a huge plus.
