Been waiting for over a week for a maintenance request to get done never got done then I received a door hanger saying they completed my request 👎🏽
Samone and Omar have done a very good job of attending to issues when they arise, maintenance, and are prompt with updates. The place is also cleaner. Much thanks to them!
Samone and Omar are so professional and kind. I toured the property and loved all the features as well as the safe location. I am thankful for helping to make my new home search more of a blessing than a battle.
🪳 WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. THE AIR CONDITIONER STOPS WORKING EVERY SUMMER. THEY ALSO TURN YOUR AC OFF AFTER THE SUMMER SEASON DESPITE BEING CRAZY HOT ALL THE TIME IN ARIZONA. BEEN HERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUES. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THE UNITS WITH A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL. Current resident.. been here going on 3 years. Had practically no issues until the people upstairs carelessly flooded their apartment, which the water then made it's way down into my spot. Collapsed my ceiling across from the shower(fixed after a couple visits), flooded my stove and dining area, plus caused electrical issues in my shower area(fixed after a couple tries from maintenance), and now I've been dealing with a bug problem for about half a year or so.
