This is a good place, especially for students as it is close to campus and there's literally three bus stops nearby to choose from. The main highlight here Timely maintenance. Maintenance crew is super friendly and they show up to your door within a day of putting in a service request. It's got modern kitchen and a beautiful patio. I did have roaches for a month, but after regular pest control for couple weeks, they vanished.
