Would avoid. This place overly priced and will try to take as much money from you as they can. When I moved in my starting rent was 1,600 for a one bedroom apartment with full utilities. I lived there for 2 years. Rent is raised every time I renew my lease. By the end I was paying over 1,800 a month! I decided to move out one month early before my final lease was up. They hit me with a lease break fee which was a full months rent.
I wanted to share my experience dealing with staff and owners of Village Green apartments. From the very start I was able to virtually view available apartments from out of town. I needed to find an apartment in the Hatboro area and did not have the time or schedule to visit in person. Videos were completely accurate and true to life in what they delivered. Village Green is an amazing place to live!! Besides all the wild life and spacious apartments Brenda Chris and Angela are rockstars!!! Very attentive and quick to help no matter the situation!! Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!!!
Can't say enough how wonderful the staff is here! Village green and scully co were great to get started with, and Brenda, Chris, and angela have made any help I needed along the way a breeze. I'd give them more stars if I could!
I cannot say enough positive things about Village Green! We lived here for 3 years and it was the BEST experience renting we've ever had. Scully Company really got it right with the staff they hired here. Brenda, Chris, and Angela are prompt, professional, and most importantly, they are great people. They take care of you like family. It's usually the norm for apartment renters to find a rude or uncaring landlord/staff but the Village Green team here is as far from that as it possibly can be.
