I have been dealing with this problem since last May. Each time I notified you of my ceiling leaking you kept just putting bandaids on it instead of taking care of it the right way. So I have spent 7 months dealing with a leaky ceiling and a ceiling cut open not to mention I don’t have heat in my bedroom at all.
