Do not rent with this property management company. This is our review of our apartment complex managed by this company. I wouldn’t recommend signing a lease with this complex. We moved-in July and in September a problem was found with a balcony in our stack. The management company has been poor in providing updates as to what is going on and when things will be resolved. Do Not Rent From Village Green, especially SKYTOP. I have lived at Skytop since January 2024. This is my honest review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fire Alarms were going off for the first 5 months of moving in and no communication as to why. If you work remote don't live here, you will have to miss meetings and calls after calls. If you have animals they will be terrified and a nervous wreck. There was a "false" fire alarm even at 2 am. How ridiculous. ZERO STARS ! This has been the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered! It took one of their properties over a month to give me and my significant other an answer on our application and that still was not until after we called FIVE different numbers just to get someone on the phone to see what was going on…We were told we would receive a refund on our holding fee TWO MONTHS AGO and have not received it…I have called Village green for weeks no one answers and I have left voicemails no one returns any of the calls. I will never rent from this unethical company again. I have had two instances of attempted break in’s within less than a year of moving into Tussing Place. My door is has now been kicked in and they still refuse to let me out of my lease. Speaking to higher up’s is useless as well hence all of management is unhelpful.
