Raise the rent every year, and it’s not worth it. 1,200 for an apartment is outrageous. Constantly had stuff falling apart my husband had to fix. Had mold growing all in the caulking of our shower. Maintenance sprayed some CLR, didn’t get the mold cleared, and then caulked over it. Ever since we moved out my 2 year old has stopped coughing so much. Should have had him tested for mold poisoning. That was an awful first apartment experience. Only lived here one year and was gone the second my lease was up. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
"I am delighted with my new home! The site has top-notch facilities, such as a perfect swimming pool area for relaxing, a well-equipped laundry room and a modern fitness center to stay fit. But what really stands out is the management staff, who are friendly and attentive. An ideal place to live and enjoy life!" For now, I have everything I want.
