I applied for an apartment here. I am on a low income but I could afford the rent. They denied me because I didn't make 2-3 times the amount of the rent. I really wanted to be a resident, too because I had several people that I know well that have lived there. It is unfortunate that you don't have me as a resident because I would have been a good one. This place is expensive with to many rules. U can mind ya bussiness pay your rent on time don't cause any problem and the will still bother u about something saying they getting complaints on whatever. Another thing they tell u there's no pitbulls but all u see when u step outside is people walking pitbulls smh. Then say u can't have nobody with pets visit u wish is so funny .

Maintenance would walk in whenever I would submit a request, even though i would request them to knock first the just walked in like they lived here, got countless noise complaints because of my car because it has a modified exhaust and sounds loud, they would lie about certain issues they would fix then charged me for it during move out, didn’t prove my “deposit” was taken out of “damages” was charged for basic ware and tare, could easily fix with 1-10$ worth of paint. One of the worst renters experiences I have had so far. When I moved in four years ago there was no one who walked through the place with me, the carpet was stained, and the previous tenant had a pet who marked everywhere. My apartment had termites which they told me I wasn’t termites but the foundation settling and then took weeks to come out and fix it even when I told them I had live bugs coming out of the walls above my head.
