Do not use them, you will throw away money if you do. What a terrible experience. This placed ruined my wife's ring and now we have to have a competent jeweler fix what Village Goldsmith did. If you have a cherished antique or vintage piece of jewelry that needs repair this is not the place to take it. Seriously, save yourself the headache and heartache. Wonderful service, prompt and great attention to detail. Hard to find these days. Felt like I was their only client! Have bought several really nice items over the years with them. Recently had a repair that exceeded my expectation and was ready for pickup before the original promised date! Would highly recommend to a friend or family member!
Great customer service and they will work on platinum, silver and gold jewelry. I found my engagement ring there on the secondary market!
