My now Wife and I lived at Village gates of Delaware from January-March of 2019. We purchased a home in March of same year. When notifying Management that we would be breaking lease early, They wanted to charge an extra 500 over what the contract stated. Also ripped us off on security deposit by saying carpets were not cleaned because they "couldn't see track lines from being cleaned."
