I lived in Village Gate Apartments for 6 months with my wife, infant and 4 year old dog. When we moved out Village Gate Apartments kept our $500 deposit and charged an additional $345.75 for a “stain” on the underside of our living room carpet that was not visible on the surface. They advertise being “Fayetteville’s Most Pet Friendly Community” but this is as anti pet-friendly as it gets. Please be aware of their "pet policy" that is not written in the lease.
