I'm from Syracuse New York and needed to order flowers for may stepdaughter who just had a baby boy. She lives in Shawano . Rather than using FTD, I called personally and spoke to Cindy who was very nice and so helpful. My stepdaughter loved the arrangement and said it was "STUNNING". I was so pleased. Thank you Cindy for making such a gorgeous arrangement. Now I see why your flower shop is rated with 5 stars.
I almost forgot my mom's birthday and she was able to make the arrangment I wanted and delivery it the same day. And, it was beautiful!
