If I could give it less than 1, I would! It used to deliver good quality but no more! Perhaps this because as the lady said when I rang to complain and seek a situation, “We are closing at the end of the month!” And…. So it seems that anything is good enough now! Kind, friendly and accommodating
We ordered bunches of flowers and greenery through Village Flowers & Gifts for our engagement party and were so impressed by the quality of the flowers and their customer service. We initially went in with a colour scheme but didn't know what we were after, and the woman at the counter was amazing in helping us achieve our vision - she provided us with some fantastic ideas and really went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we were after.
