There was a small misunderstanding (on my part) that was caused by me ordering flowers from FTD rather than directly from Village Flowers. When I called to inquire about it, I was graciously taught a few tips on ordering flowers for a remote recipient, and I had a great conversation with the amazing owner of Village Flowers. I was having a difficult time trying to get flowers for my mother's funeral because of the holiday. When I called Village Flowers, Dawn didn't hesitate and even opened the shop early to make sure I had a beautiful bouquet on time.
