We thrive on educating all members on nutrition and proper lifting techniques. Our dedicated staff are here and happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your fitness journey. We value progress not perfection and believe in long term goals. Day passes and class pass credits must be purchased/used during staffed hours. Remember, it takes a village!

The staff genuinely care about your progress and well-being, and the atmosphere is supportive without being overwhelming. The equipment is well-maintained, the space is clean. Whether you’re lifting, stretching, or just trying to move more, you’ll find your rhythm here. It’s a real asset to the East Atlanta community.
I have been a member of this gym for 3 years (about to purchase my 4th year). It's a no frills gym but what I love about it is the people. There is really a sense of community at this gym. There isn't a time I show up where I don't see someone I know. These are my people. The bar used to be my people and now it's Village Fitness. I get in a great workout here and I love having 24/7 access. It's a real neighborhood gym and I like that I am supporting local business!
I enjoyed their 30 min Abs class using Class Pass. The staff members were cool and friendly.
