So for anybody who is trying to park here after hours, beware there are some people ready to literally boot your car, the literal second you get out of your car. You must not park in this parking lot or anywhere around it because they will get you the second you walk out of your car threatening you with $150 ticket. I just completed a training package with Drake and loved it! I was a regular at the gym already, but she helped me progress on my strength goals. I’m also now so much more comfortable and confident on a much wider range of exercise and machines. I learned a TON from her and the time flew by because she made it fun!

Dropped in for a guest session while visiting a friend, and I wasn’t expecting much, but it turned out decent. The check-in was quick, and I got started without confusion. I focused on upper body that day, and the dumbbell range was complete, which I appreciated. It got a bit crowded around 7 pm, so I had to adjust my order of exercises. People seemed respectful about sharing space, though. Locker rooms were clean, just slightly tight. It’s a practical gym if you plan your timing right.
