Village Fit is a very friendly place. A safe place for all fitness levels to come and get a good workout out in. Coaches are thorough in their instructions and everyone is super kind and humble!
Patrick and Aminta make it fun and are encouraging. They helped me correct my form and better understand the movements.
Patrick bring experience and enthusiasm to every class.. that's all the more appreciated at those 5:50 classes! I'm pretty new to weight lifting so the "how to's" and eye on form is really helpful. Sometimes it's hard to get out of bed but I never, ever regret going!
This gym is my happy place for soooooo many reasons. Here’s today’s reason… 🩵The workouts are well rounded with strength, cardio, mobility segments. Aminta is an attentive coach. She has an eye on everyone’s form and makes necessary corrections. I am newly back after realizing I am not a workout at home girl. Today was my first class after being away for 20months.
