We are so glad our friend Carl recommended Spencer Grimenstein to be our real estate agent. Spencer handled all the details of getting our properties sold and gave us excellent advice about what work to have done to update the homes in a way that would appeal to buyers. Both homes sold in less than 10 days. Spencer has an extensive list of vendors who got the work done quickly and at a high quality level. Spencer is very knowledgeable about the market and financing, and he also truly cares about people.

Stay far far away from this man. He was seller’s agent for a house I purchased in the mountains. As a result of his non-communication and misrepresentations, unbeknownst to me, my propane was cut off to the house right before I moved in. No heat (and it gets into the 20s here at night), hot water or cooking ability for 4 days until I paid the propane company $1400 to get things turned back on. Rick kept saying my husband wasn't qualified for homes and needed to show more income, year after year, I later find out that we did qualify for a bank loan and DID indeed qualify for the home I wanted. We were very unhappy finding that out because my husband waited years to show better income per Ricks request which was completely uneeded. He brushed us off when I did not agree to have him as my loan officer and real estate agent. Thank Rick, now houses are completely unaffordable.
