Call to see if doctors could give me a referral for pcr test the lady had no idea a pcr test is. Told me to go to clinical lab they will do pcr test don’t need referral. Well news flash u do need a referral I stop going to this clinic two year ago. My son was so sick they wouldn’t looked at him now. And he’s only six months old disgusting Never gonna back to this clinic
The doctors here are amazing! But special mention to Dr Sugantha who is hands down the best GP I've ever had. So attentive, thorough and easy to talk to. Very grateful I found this clinic.
All the doctors and staff at Village Family Medical Centre are first class. When the receptionist asks which ? doctor I wish to see I always say I'm happy to see any of the doctors as they are all genuinely caring doctors & people who listen to my concerns and want to guide you to a swift recovery as soon as they can.
Dr. Joyce was so thorough and welcoming! Did a full check up and listened to all of my questions and concerns. Never felt rushed in my appt like I have at other clinics! Very positive experience :)
