Time to part ways. I have been going here since she opened and the care has definitely shifted. Whenever making or trying to make an appointment i am always told to go to urgent care which i refuse for primary care issues. And the staff gets so rude all the time like it's a bother to call. Last time I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment and now it just gotten so bad that as much as I was avoiding corp I see my husband get so much better care there

I’m just human, I can’t help that I have health problems. Everytime I call, the receptionist just huffs and puffs. I’ve been going here for 2-3 years now and I’ve had 1 blood test. Not one actual physical and still have t had any help on my actual health. Tara is an amazing person just never get the help I actually need. When I call to schedule follow ups “ I already used all my sick appointments” buh I still have every problem but no solution yet.

I can never get my child seen, I get the 20 questions and then get told to go to urgent care or give it a few days instead. No matter what I call for I don’t get the help I need for my children. Only referral I got was absolutely waste of time and money and not helpful. Can’t get scans ordered that urgent care told me I needed. Only help I can get is by going to urgent cares and ERs. Only good for annual physicals to give shot / physical records to the school. Totally bogus. Also, randomly no doctors in the office for a week... read more

I highly recommend Village Family Healthcare. The facility and rooms are always clean. Every staff members is respectful and takes the time to listen. I have struggled for years to find a family dr to meet my medical needs, I am very thankful for this office and it's entire staff.
