Nine weeks ago, I went to order a pair of prescription glasses and said that I needed them for work and was assured that they would be as early as one week. After the one week was up, I was informed that they were on backorder and would now be three weeks before they arrived. So I'll start off with the exam and the treatment during my appointment was top-notch definitely five stars for treatment but the reason I'm giving one stars is because well long story short I asked my parents to pay for my eye exam because I'm on disability and could not afford it myself and my mother paid for everything the $410 for the glasses the eye exam and then I had two appointments after the fact one to pick up my glasses and a second peripheral vision test each time I asked if I owed any money I was told no you're ... read more
Every one there is top notch! Dr Putteraert is an extremely talented professional, thorough and friendly. I can’t say enough about how much I trust and respect him. The ladies in the eyeglass department are very good and capable of helping you choose frames that will suit you.
I've never had a problem. As I don't own a it's easily accessible by Winnipeg Transit.
Never open on time, reception always has a attitude, frames are cheap and break easily, over priced garbage. All around crappy establishment to deal with
