Village Exterminating picked up the phone when I called on Saturday afternoon, and scheduled a Monday morning appointment, which was greatly appreciated. (The other company, that I called first, took my message and never called me back.) Your technician, Mario, arrived right on time, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He figured the problem out right away, and came up with the solution to the mouse problem. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We will look forward to working with you, and him, again.
The service was prompt and thorough with excellent communication throughout. The inspector came 2 hours after I called, was able to identify the source of a mouse infestation that we’ve been dealing with for months, and that has eluded previous exterminators. He came up with several solutions and worked efficiently. Everything was very professional. Highly recommend.
