12-16-24 UPDATE AT END OF THIS REVIEW. .. I have lived here for 4 months and after the first month I noticed a consistent tapping or knocking noise from the apartment directly above me. I asked maintenance if there were pipes or utilities between floors thinking that water pipes may be the issue. I was told that there was "10 inches of concrete between floors and nothing else". I have left the person above me a couple of notes letting them know that the noise carries through the my apartment..I have also notified management ... read more
