Been a tenant since before new management took over. New management has been awful. No communication, lack of property improvements that had been started and never completed, passive aggressive emails, constant water shut offs and “hidden fees”… but don’t worry, they’ll throw a tenant appreciation pizza dinner in a parking lot once in the summer. If you’re wondering why there are so many available units this is why. Existing tenants got sick of it and moved.
