Ive had it. Ive always wanted to live here. Its a beautiful property and apartment. Theres nothing wrong with that portion. No issues with the apartment that I currently live in. But there has been a pigeon since day 1 living above my staircase. The only way to my door. It has been pooping ALL OVER the staircase. Ive been walking in it everyday for the last year and few months. I have gone through so many pairs of shoes, shampooing solution, door mats, and even bought a shampooing machine. I’ve been living here at Village East Apartments for 20years. Everything is close in proximity. New Jersey turnpike, I95, clothing & food stores etc. In addition, The area is quiet & peaceful. The grounds are well kept. Great place to live.
Great place to live, very quiet. Staff and maintenance are very friendly.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 years and have loved it. The grounds are quiet and well maintained, and we have never had trouble finding parking. Maitenence is quick to respond and has been extremely nice and helpful over the years. The office staff are also really nice and so easy to work with. Highly recommend living here. We are only moving because we are ready to buy a home now, but were prepared to stay another year.
Lived here for 3 years and it was a very pleasant experience. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, property was well maintained. Had no maintenance issues during my time here. Convenient location, couldn’t recommend it more if your looking to rent in a good area.
