Quiet, clean, and safe. Rent isn’t too bad just hope it doesn’t go up too much next year. I think the one thing People find the most important is the maintenance. The new management company is great because they are on top of everything and they fix things VERY quickly. Plus, they are very respectful and professional so anytime there is an issue. They are quick to resolve it.
About a year ago or so, a new Management Company took over the complex. Village East has changed for the better, as the new team is very responsive, professional, fixing and improving the entire place. Thumbs 👍 up.
Attentive staff, friendly neighbors, nice apartment, great location. I’m very happy here.
