I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime, and I have to say, this has been the best experience that Ive ever had. There are two wonderful ladies working here and great maintainence men. The manager: Heather and Assistant Manager: Madisson are the most competent management team that I have ever met. Also, Mark is a great Maintainence man; He has the best attitude, and for that, I am grateful. I have never recommended an apartment complex to live in, but I will recommend this one!
This place is not the safest and not very clean. People are loud at night and on weekends and lots of homeless people walking around. Have noticed lately that there’s cops here just hanging out on the weekends at night Can’t wait till our lease ends. People be smoking pot and you can’t keep your windows open without smelling that nasty stuff. They are always shutting off the water every week/every other week saying for repairs like fr?? Smh

A little about me, I have lived here since April 2024, I moved in blindly from California, my experience since my move-in has been amazing. I was able to maintain communication with Maddison states away, and she ensured everything was as smooth as possible. Upon arrival, the apartment looked just as it did in the pictures that I was sent. It is far more spacious than what I’m used to. Paperwork was a smooth and easy process.
