This place is not the safest and not very clean. People are loud at night and on weekends and lots of homeless people walking around. Have noticed lately that there’s cops here just hanging out on the weekends at night Can’t wait till our lease ends. People be smoking pot and you can’t keep your windows open without smelling that nasty stuff. They are always shutting off the water every week/every other week saying for repairs like fr?? Smh

A little about me, I have lived here since April 2024, I moved in blindly from California, my experience since my move-in has been amazing. I was able to maintain communication with Maddison states away, and she ensured everything was as smooth as possible. Upon arrival, the apartment looked just as it did in the pictures that I was sent. It is far more spacious than what I’m used to. Paperwork was a smooth and easy process. The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful as is the maintenance staff!
I loved living here - amazing staff. Take care of you and they make the at home stuff easy. Great all around, clean, looks, people, location, etc. This is like the best mid apartment I've ever had. Corporate is charging too much but that's everywhere because they all think their hot s*** and it won't be coming back around on all of them one day.
