I had a terrible experience working with Jason Gray and Village Dwellings. They are very hard to communicate with as I had to check up on them multiple times after every step pf the way and they lead you on for days after they collect your application fee, let alone not tell you that there are other people applying for the apartment. Did not even have the courtesy to make a phone call and provide an update or introduce himself. I have worked with many brokers in NYC and this was by far the worst experience. Be wary.
