I know alot of people there that's CRAZY
prefer private meet to discuss drugs... are rampant among tenants...tenants have boyfriend/girlfriend living with them. Some tenants are hiding money/assets/homes in another's name to live here inexpensively and collect state and federal benefits. Seems there are those that know how to work the system.

Village du Lac is a beautiful and nice place to stay and/or live. But they need better managers and better security. People have gotten their apartments broken into and the security or the people that work there doesn't do nothing about. Anytime something happens or if the people that live there needs something the people in the office, security, and whoever else works there doesn't do anything. It takes them a few months to get back to you and fix what's wrong with the apartment. They won't let people have anything to prote... read more
It's an okay place to live, but our security guard is worthless. He doesn't patrol the grounds at night or durng the day. When something does happen like a break in. The office doesn't answer the phone. You can't even own a gun to protect yourself. They need better security around the Village such as cameras on all 4 corners of the apartments. We definitely need a better security guard that would patrol the grounds every 3 hrs.
It is a quite place fun to stay at but unsafe no police to protect people camera on the main building they make rules so u can't protect ur self
