Please DO NOT USE this place is AWFUL Read the negative reviews and they are the same as my issue. Dropped off 6 items and received only 5 back. The owner said one item needed extra work and for me to come back latter. Came back a few weeks latter to drop off some shirts and pick up my last item. He stated I already picked it up!! I informed him that he was incorrect and stated I hadn't been back in his stor until now. He insisted I was wrong and persisted to lie to my face that I picked it up. This place is awful,

I have been going here for the last 2 years so I assumed this cleaner could handle cleaning a Fur Blanket from Restoration hardware and they ruined it. The owner was extremely defensive when I told him that the blanket was ruined and once he came to the realization that it was the case he agreed to repay me for the cost. This place is awful. They never had my stuff done on time and yelled at me for asking why my stuff wasn't done and gave me a bunch of excuses. They were extremely rude and condescending. Today, they ruined my husband's shirt. They didn't say anything when I picked it up, they just left a note saying they couldn't get the stain out...the giant stain that wasn't there when we dropped it off. I can't emphasize enough how horrible their customer service and quality of work are - stay far away!

This dry cleaner is dishonest. I brought in 5 items and was given 4 back. I spoke to them twice on the phone and then returned to the dry cleaners w/the recip where they informed me it was "impossible" that this happened. I asked that they either locate my pants or compensate me for the cost of the pants ($80.00) which were only a month old. After 20 minutes they offered me $40.
