I've been to this diner many a times ,over the last couple months it's been going downhill. And today was the last day I'll step foot in there. We walk in the waitress goes sit anywhere you want , we pick a table and sit down, there's three waitresses there two of them are on their cell phones . It was probably about 5 minutes before the one came over and acknowledged us . There was only a few other tables at this time for three waitresses. Dear Maria, Thanks for responding to my review. I would like to point out I have been coming to the diner for the last two years, two to three times a week. I am quite familiar with the diner and with the staff. I have sat at all the booths and the counter. I have taken pictures of them as well as the floor. Did not include them with my review. While I will address food and staff separately, I must address the deplorable state of the dinner. Several of the banquettes are held together with duct tape. Several of the seat foam cushions have melted with age and their overextended usage not to mention gave in by splitting from the customers' weight. I recently had lunch with a friend. My back constantly got stuck on the duct tape that kept the back of the banquette together which also left a gummy residue on my very nice blouse.
