Very rude, unprofessional, insensitive and don't need to ask all them questions on the paper if he disregards what is written on forms, do NOT recommend this place to anyone with small children or a fear of dentist. He is a cold hearted smartass
The lobby feels incredibly crozy. The office as a whole has a very warm and welcoming feel. The entire staff at this office is amazing. Robin, at the front desk went above and beyond reaching out to my insurance companies trying to figure out which company will cover the most, so I have to pay the least out of pocket, for each procedure. I had four teeth pulled and an immediate denture put in place. Dr. Vibbert had all four extractions done in less then half an hour! He sent me home with pain medication and a nice packet of everything I will need to heal and take care of my new teeth! I highly recommend not only Dr. Vibbert but his entire staff as well. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
