Everyone was kind and gentle, as always.
I haven't been to the dentist in about 10 years. The folks at Village Dental were AWESOME! There's some work to be done for sure but they were very nice and have great payment options for charges not covered by insurance. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
If you can have a perfect day at the dentist my visit was that. Nobody wants to get major dental work done. The staff was friendly and smiling and Dr. Talbot is in my opinion an excellent dentist. He's very laid back so I don't get nervous about getting major dental work done. Also the technology is so great that I could get a crown done in one sitting rather than having to come back a second time.
Everyone at the office is so nice. They just go above and beyond to make me and my little girls feel comfortable and well taken care of.
I did not think I could feel at home at any dentist office at my first visit. Surprise, surprise I did. Village dental,s offices are stressless and warm. My treatments were executed very timely, professional and friendly. Also to my surprise they offer free treatments for life for whitening your teeth. I wanted my teeth being treated, but I did not have the money to do so. Now My smile will become great. In my age you need all advantages to keep on looking great.
Technology at Village Dental is state of the art. Hygienist Rachel and Dr. Talbott were extremely thorough and explained everything step by step. Office manager Christina was helpful and let me know all prices up front. Great appointment!
Wonderful atmosphere not what I would expect in a dentist office, relaxing! There are flat screens on the ceiling, your choice of which channel to watch! What a great way to keep your mind pre-occupied. The staff gets an A+ for staying on the phone with me, navigating and providing directions, until I got to the office, short wait time. The Dentist was amazing, providing detailed information regarding services. I will recommend family and friends to treat with Village Dental at Saxony
So, I had my teeth drilled so I can't say the experience was EXCELLENT...however, I am so grateful for the kindness that you all show me there. I dont' feel like 'just another customer.' I love going to my check ups and getting my teeth cleaned, but I DO NOT LOVE DRILLING. This morning when I was unsure about another dentist, your office staff quickly reacted and did everything in their power to be sure I was comfortable and for that I am so grateful.
