Everything was great (As always!!). Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff was very professional and nice to me and my family. Services were provided with a smile and kindness.

Today's procedure was a bit tough, BUT, I am so happy with Dr. Bender and his staff. Dr. B & Charise? (So sorry I'm not sure of the lovely young lady's name, but this was a first dental fix for me). The entire staff in this office is warm & welcoming. They actually know your name when you walk in. And unlike my last dentist, they actually care about my opinions and my concerns. Very professional, personable and knowledgable team. The team always provides a thorough explanation of procedures and billings. Village Dental sets the gold standard for customer service/experience. I actually look forward to the visits, great overall experience!
Village Dental is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and they talk you through everything. They really make you feel at ease and are very gentle and caring.
The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is that the whole experience of having an infection and needing a root canal was not a good one. Not your fault, but I just couldn't say it was excellent. You did, however, turn a bad experience into a not so bad one. I am so glad a found this dentist!
