Great experience, and the staff is awesome!
Horrible new patient/first visit experience. Arrived early at 5:15 to fill out paperwork. Papers include a question, something like t his: Do you want us to be respectful of your time and not make you have long wait times? Well, yes! I was taken to exam room at 5:30, where I sat, and sat, and sat. NO ONE ever came back, not even to say "we'll be with you in a moment....or sorry we're running late." I was in horrible pain. Called them they got me in that day. I had a root canal go bad abcessed. I was in misery the surgeon wasnt in they called oral surgeons and they took me right in. Tooth got extracted and prepped for an implant. I loved the staff very friendly and was concerned for me .. thank you
Dr Mac and Courtney Simpson are the bomb. Everyone at Village Dental are extremely friendly. Highly recommend them.
