Unfortunately, this office recently expanded and is now heavily focused on marketing and advertising. This office is impersonal, agressive, and not patient focused. I appreciate a reminder before my appointment, but this office now cancels your appointment (assuming you might not show) and give it to someone else if you don’t actively contact them a week before to ”confirm you still plan to attend your appointment”. My name is Ruth and I have been a patient at Village Dental at Saxony for two years. The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The work I have had done here has been the best. (I have gone to many dentists.) The staff is well trained and kind. They try to put you at ease by answering your questions and making sure you are as comfortable as possible. Extremely pleased with my visit to Village Dental.
I went to Saxony Dental for the 1st time in March of this year and i was amazed at the size of the dental office and the high tech modern equipment tbat they have in place, but more so, I was more so impressed with the professionalism of each and every staff member, from the receptionist to the dental hygienst, and ultimately the dentist. I would highly recommend Saxony Dental to my friends and family!
Having lived in few different towns, I can confidently say that Village Dental At Saxony deserves an A+ in every aspect of my experience!
