I cannot say enough great things about this office. The staff and the Dr are very comforting, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel shamed or embarrassed to come here even in my worst dental times. I always leave with a smile on my face and feel very well cared for. Thank you Dr. Potaraju and staff!
This lady is unprofessional. She put my sister on antibiotics so she could get her tooth pulled, just for her to say she is not going to pull it because she thought my sister would change her mind and get the tooth filled and crowned. After my sister had expressed that the tooth extraction was going to be a simpler procedure than a fill and crown, this lady got mad, left the room, and had her assistant escort my sister out, and then locked the door.
