"Excellent service" is an understatement. Wouldn't consider buying another bike anywhere else.
This is absolutely the place to purchase or take your bike for repair!! Every time I have stopped in, they take the time to greet you and are very knowledgeable. This last week, I called to make an appointment for repair, and the gentleman said to just bring it in and I might have to leave it. When I walked the bike in, he immediately put it up on the rack and fixed it, explaining along the way what he was doing and what other things I may need to have them do in the future. Been a customer of John & Marcia since 1996. I was fortunate to have them as friends during our time in YS. Miss my annual Opening Day ride to Oxford with John. Bought 6 road bikes and 4 commuter bikes for the kids. Great service. I know Mike will continue the tradition.
