Please avoid these apartments! The police for some reason have a vendetta with these apartments and strictly enforce all parking codes even as they appear to be unjust. Some tenants who have dogs allow there dogs to defecate absolutely anywhere and they never clean up after them. The apartments sit above a sealed basement which sometimes flood and leave a foul sewage like odor. You can't do anything about the odor because there is no access to the basement below.
