I can't say enough about this team.And how absolutely amazing they make every admission and even the talk beforehand. Ebony is amazing at making everyone so comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, easy to get in contact with, and go above and beyond. They have a nice facility and I recommend them for rehabilitation care.

Village Creek helped my family through one of the most heart wrenching experiences in our lives. My mother was admitted to the hospital on January 26th, 2026, because she was having mobility issues the sprang out of no where. This was very quick and we had no idea what could have caused it. On February 3rd, 2026 my mother was Diagnosed with Cancer. Adenocarcinoma, aggressive, and Terminal. My father was staying here after a major brain surgery. They treated him with dignity and respect. The food was high quality and plentiful. From the admission to discharge we were pleased with the facility. We would recommend Village Creek Rehabilitation to anyone.
