This degree of filthiness is unbearable. The common area are terrible. Some tenants are horrible, there are many homelessness around this neighbourhood. Lots of people in the parking. The management is a joke. Only thing they respond to is when the check gets bounced. I hope windsor gets more apartment and this owner gets to learn some serious lesson. I wish there was a zero star tough.
It’s very nice living here, but no elevator for seniors.
After living here for several years, it's been made very clear that the management company doesn't care, unless you owe them money. It has been a revolving door for managers, not that it matters much. They have an office but when we do have a manager they don't live on site. Out of the couple dozen maintenance requests I've submitted over the years, about 3 have been answered. Absolute worst landlord experience as they do not care about their tenants. Health and safety concerns for sure when demo-ing as they leave the door open for debris to fly into public areas. Repairs are cheap and dangerous I.e-front building glass door remains loose since we have moved in. Loud and no elevator, not accessible. Do not bother
