If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. If you’re out looking for apartments DON’T LIVE HERE. This place is absolutely horrendous, my best friend and I lived here for 2 years while in college and it was problems on top of problems. When we first moved in my best friend spent over 8 hours scrubbing the floor because it was no where near clean. The management is absolutely horrible and no help whatsoever. Ester has been amazing helping my son find his place . She has answered all our questions before he seen the apartment and has been a saint in replying to our messages and emails. If only all property managements in the city of London were as fantastic as her. I look forward to having my son move in to Village court apartments, and meeting her in person
People who work here doesnt want to help! They just want to sit in their office and get money for doing nothing! There is one person called Esther whom we are trying to reach out from 4 days who reads all the messages we send! However, it is a task for them to send the application form! They falsely advertise they have rooms and wont even send us application forms! Really pathetic service
Building managers are completely disrespectful and frankly should be fired. York properties needs to do better. I have never been verbally assaulted so much by n my life than by these people over the last 10 years. Absolute disgrace. Do yourselves and your family a favour, steer clear of this dumpster fire.
