Update: Increased rent, along with no maintenance, and problems around complexes dealt with minimum effort. I’ve gone down to do laundry and have to pass a dripping pipe every time with a nice amount of mold growing (don’t worry, they’ve put a bucket down) These landlords decided it was a good idea to lock the main doors getting in and out of the apartments. Imagine bashing someone because they are on disability. That's what you get with the 2 people in the office. Went to fill out a form to take over a lease. I get 1400 a month with ssi. 600 with child support. I nanny bringing in 400 every 2w. Enough to cover bills needs etc. They proceeded to throw in my face how they don't see how ill be able to buy food or support my kid. 3 of my friends rent here and 2 make just as much as I do and they were never asked those questions.
