It is amazing to me, that one of the largest housing complexes for workers in Mountain Village can be so out of touch with their own residents. They only offer one parking pass per lease regardless of how many rooms there are in your apartment, unless you were lucky enough to have moved in before they had changed the rule. The recommended solution that I was given was to park at the Telluride Regional Airport, which is around an hour and a half hike from the Village Court Apartments.

The studios are noisy, the walls are too thin. Also, they charge you for any spec of dirtiness when you move out. I cleaned everything so meticulously and still got charged for cleaning. And you have to pay 100 for carpet cleaning (yes 100 dollars for your tiny patch of carpet in your studio apartment).
