Been working at El Dorado for 2 years and I love it!!! Love the Residents Staff and Families!!! We have an amazing Executive Director Lori very sweet and kind!!! Team EL DORADO WEST!!!

I’ve personally never had anyone live at this facility. However, knowing one of their staff members, Cassie Friend, I would encourage everyone to try it. If the other staff members have the same amazing work ethic, loyalty, and loving disposition as Cassie then I can only imagine how amazing the facility is!

Warm and welcoming to everyone. Staff is so nice and the residents are so happy. Enjoyed my visit there. Food was great too.
Staff that become friends, thoughtful, professional and very often even a lot of fun. Quiet corners, vibrant activities, choices, instructional options, a glass of wine with professional and developing musicians This where there a full life in the living..
El Dorado is a beautiful place. The ED, Lori, is so amazing. She truly cares about her residents and staff.
