We have been homeowners for 5 years at Villages at Bale Kenyon. Don Kenny`s people who sold us on this community have not come close to what was promised. The landscaping is not complete, our warranty repair specialist (Dan) didn`t do repairs to our expectations. Cabinet door replaced not an upgrade that we paid for , even though he said it is an upgrade cabinet we can hear the difference when we shut it compared to all the others , have had two doors replaced. It's where I work
Left two holes in garage — found them just hitting my 3 year mark in new build condo when my garage cable and pins rusted causing garage door to break— $500 in repair and because I’m “out of warranty” they won’t even fix their own shotty work!! So I’m stuck w broken garage and two large holes in the foundation/siding! Since moving in I have had AC issues and repair TWO YEARS in a row, electrical had to be re routed, AND my dishwasher was hooked up wrong, causing further issue.
