I have been renting here since December 2024. Good value, current management and maintenance great response to needs. Nice office staff & clubhouse. Private entrances condo-like feel. This place has had poor reviews in the past but I am very glad I chose to live at Village Club!
Worst management ever, moved out in July 2024 and still haven’t received my deposit back. Christine, the property manager hasn’t responded in over 6 months now. The apartment was returned in clean and well maintained condition.
Great staff. Clean and well kept.
Just toured this place and Kenita was a really helpful, kind, and accommodating.
