We just moved in on Saturday (10-18-25), and the whole process was great. From the time we came and did a walk thru to signing the lease was SOOOO fast! Skylar was very kind. She kept us updated on everything and made sure we understood the every step. They came in and cleaned the whole apartment before we moved in, and WOW! What a great job they did! We are so excited for this next chapter. Thank you Skylar and crew!
Whole process of renting here was very quick and hassle free. Skylar was the one I came in touch when I was searching everywhere around novi for a place to live ( i came directly from canada, had no prior contacts here, so it was stressful). She is super helpful, and a very nice person, toured the apt & showed around and explained everything from what documents are needed and what next steps to be done. She even stayed late beyond office hours to help me till I get the apt keys and setup everything like DTE, CE. Truly apprec... read more
