I reached out to all the local York fireplace companies regarding a repair and only one got back to me, Village Fireplace & Stove Center (aka Village Chimney Sweeps). From the onset, the office manager Brandy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up going to their showroom where I met the owner, Gary.
