Gary and his crew installed a Jotul Newcastle propane fireplace insert in my fireplace and I am very happy. They did a great job! I originally was looking at a wood insert, but, with Gary’s knowledge and experience, I decided the propane insert would be better for my application. I also purchased a Jotul Greenville wood stove for my cabin in the mountains of Virginia. Again, I am very happy with the stove and very much appreciate Gary’s assistance in choosing this product. Great install of the fire insert. Used it a couple times before it warmed up. Works so much more efficiently than a fireplace. Couldn’t ask for a better job done. Highly recommend this company.
