We had our entire 50 yr. old kitchen completely gutted and replaced and it’s absolutely wonderful!!! Lori ran the show and helped us choose what we wanted. The workers were very nice, fun, clean and professional. We also had all the floors in the house replaced. No more old built-in rugs…. Just clean floors! We’ll start up again with other parts of the house after a break. What a great idea!!! Pictures coming…….
Total garbage. Incompetent employees
I was really looking to having all of my rugs replaced but after the very combative disrespectful telephone conversation with Lori the front desk worker at Village Carpets in Santee, Ca who was hell bent on talking over me and being rude in return on the phone. I for sure will be taking my hard earned money and business elsewhere. Spent several $$ on a project with Village Carpets-Flooring America, and we will not be working with them again. Below is a summary of why. TL;DR I suggest to continue your search and use one of the many other flooring companies/installers in San Diego instead of Village Carpets. First the good - the two installers did good work, and were very friendly. Also Marty, one of their employees, is fantastic.
