I have had several care giving companies in the last 5+ years. Most of which were mediocre and poorly managed. However, Village Care was a surprisingly wonderful find. The management is kind and supportive of staff and it's client base. Ms Bowles runs a tight organization and the level of communication with staff and clients is a rather outstanding feature hence the overall rating of 5 stars.
