Absolutely incredible company. I cannot say enough great things about Village Care Hospice. Within an hour of reaching out to them for help with my mother-in-law, who was suffering from COPD, Dina had contacted me to set up an assessment. Within a few hours of meeting Dina they had set up regular nurse visits with Judith and scheduled delivery of supplies, equipment and pastoral care. Village Care is a premier hospice company that treats their patients as family! Dina is hands on with the families and really helps them understand the benefits of the hospice program. Her patience in dealing with them under such emotional stress is amazing to see. I recommend this company to anyone who is currently on or considering the hospice care journey.
Village Care Hospice is an awesome Hospice I recommend due to level of care and support that their clinical team provides for loved ones needing different care levels. I would highly encourage giving them a try.
Judith is great! Always answers calls/texts and makes sure that she follows up. Medications are always delivered on time. Great customer service!
Distinguished/Village Hospice has been wonderful to work with. The whole process of the intial consultation as well as the admission is very professional and makes the families feel at ease. The staff excels in caring, especially LaNikita who goes above and beyond for her patients. Distinguished is definitely 5 star!
