Went in for the $25.99 wash. Car still had bugs on the hood and dirt on sides and back. Inside had dust everywhere. You could actually see where the guy half-ass swiped around and left a few clean marks. Door jams were skipped completely. Manager claims it's because they only use a wet rag unless you pay more. I wet a rag that I keep in my car and showed him that if the guy had washed it with a wet rag it would have been clean. My car stays pretty clean to begin with. So disappointing. I won't be back.
Went today to have my pickup cleaned. This was the 4th time taking my vehicle there and for some reason, this time I was told it was too big to go through the auto wash. It had been done every time before, but the lady insisted the only way they could do it was to have it hand washed for $50. I paid $45.00, for Supreme wash, mats washed and extra for large Suv. I get in my car the inside was barley touched, windows covered with smudge still, half of my car was vacuumed, my mats soaking wet, wear they hosed them off and threw in back of my car didn't bother to wipe them off either, I asked the guy why he said my car was finished when it's not he was rude with attitude, so I left! Will not return! Pissed that I paid this and still have to go get another car wash.
Didn't do a good job had 20.99 service done wasn't vacuumed good and outside of car wasn't washed well, did wash mats I did pay extra fee, didn't offer a air freshener as states on price list. Will not be going back for sure & will not recommend this place.
The last few times I've used Village it has been bad and not properly cleaned on the inside. I always get the top package. I went this morning right at 8 when it opened thinking maybe that would help as they weren't busy at all. I was wrong! The inside of my car wasn't hardly cleaned. The cup holder wasn't cleaned, the middle console wasn't cleaned, none of the inside of my doors were cleaned, one back window still had my kids finger prints all on the inside and in the very back it still had some grass that they missed when ... read more
I purchased the cheaper truck wash & they did great. Cleaned it very well & very fast.
I went in this morning and purchased the Ultimate Wash. When I was greeted I explained to the lady that there was chewing gum on the front fender and I needed my windows cleaned, both inside and out. The car is new and wasn't cleaned properly at the dealership. The woman who "detailed" my car did a HORRIBLE job. The gum was still on my fender.
