We have now been waiting for 3 weeks for Jennifer to get back with us to fix a transmission problem on our new XT5. The car has been to Village Cadillac twice for repair/service and Village Cadillac has been unable to fix the problem. I believe at this point Jennifer has washed her hands of us and no longer wants to try and resolve the transmission problem with our XT5. Just pathetic service from Village Cadillac!!!
